Bugatti fans know only one type was 64 ever built in 1939. Bugatti Type 57 is a worthy successor as difficult as creating the second part of the Godfather. He can be reached, but it is certainly not easy. Bugatti Type 57s built more than 700 from 1934 to 1939 and several of them (the Atlantic and Atalante, in particular) are among the most sought after and most valuable cars ever built. Nevertheless, until 1939, Type 57 was a bit long for the arrival of the tooth.
A successor has been used, and the task fell in the oldest of more hands of Jean Bugatti, Bugatti and his son etorri certainly the most gifted. Type 64 is the only plant with beautiful, if somewhat wooden body fitted – when compared to the Atlantic – recalls the Type 57 Ventoux. But we’re pretty sure that the body would have caused even more sporting a classic, are perhaps some of the amateur rivals such 57s. Unfortunately, the guy never got a chance of success 64.
